  • A short explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a free replacement or a full refund — whichever works best for you.

You do not need to return the damaged item.

🔁 Change of Mind or Ordering Mistakes

All items are made to order, which means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Choosing the wrong size, color, or design

  • Not liking the style after receiving it

  • Minor color differences due to screen displays

📦 Missing or Lost Packages
